Our turnaround guarantees.
These guarantees are WORKING days (excluding our annual office shutdowns over christmas / new year) and these refer to the time from when we receive your job, (i.e. images, correctly completed order form / instructions and payment cleared in our account) to the date that we ship the images. Exceptions to turn around times commitments are: Public holidays, “Acts of God”, Acts beyond our control, e.g. Power failures; Network & internet failures; Transportation strikes; etc.If we are unable to return your job in under 14 working days, we will give your next order free, up to the value of the order we were late on. If your next order is of a lower value, no further credit or compensation will be available.

Prices on the website are subject to change without notice.
Reciept of payments & commencement of work.
We will not start work on any order until we have recieved payment in full.
PayPal transactions:
Transaction fee of 3.4% is applicable on the total invoice value (to be added to the amount of payment due). A PayPal link will be sent to you via e-mail.

All material on our website is copyright and we will actively pursue anyone breaching our copyright.
Privacy
We will not collect, store or use any information about you personally resulting from your use of our services, except as is necessary to optimally provide any services from on our website.We may contact you and send you information about our services and from our partner sites which may be of interest to you.
Availability of Our Services
We do not guarantee the ongoing availablility of the services we provide. Furthermore we will pause our services for an annual shutdown, stretching at least between christmas & New year
