NEW BLACK & WHITE SERVICE ON POST PROCESSING
We now offer black & white conversion as part of our post processing service - tell us what percentage of your images you'd like back in B&W and we'll choose the images and apply the conversion.
In terms of costs, we charge corresponding to the percentage of images you've asked for. For example - if you request 15% of the job returned in B&W, add 15% to the cost of your order.

NEW PRE-EDITING OPTION ON POST PROCESSING
If you use our pre-editing service when having your post processing done, you can now specify the number of images you want back. We will do the editing to get within 10% of your specified number.
NEW "LOW RES" OPTION ON POST PROCESSING
You can now request a low-res set of images, ideal for up-loading to your website, or showing as proofs. Just tell us the pixel dimensions you require, and we'll make you a set at that size.

We've added a new page to our website with "useful links" - these are companies or websites that have impressed us. We don't take any financial reward from them, its just a place to feature things we think may be of use to our photographers. Please do send us your suggestions.

NEW FTP UPLOAD SERVICE
Several photographers expressed their preference to send us their images via FTP. So, I’m pleased to announce that we now have this in place. Please contact us to arrange an FTP account. Your completed job will be returned on DVD.
SEND US YOUR IMAGES ON USB MEMORY STICK!
If you prefer, a USB memory stick with your images. These are really affordable these days - for example we’ve there are several 16GB models priced at under £20 on Amazon.co.uk - this will fit about 4DVD’s worth on them. We would recommend the more “rugged” models, and from reputable suppliers (e.g. Sandisk, Verbatim, Kingston, Corsair etc).We will return the memory stick with your completed job in it - please do label your Memory stick clearly with your name!

POST PROCESSING PRICE INCREASES
The avalanche of business we have had after SWPP has placed a lot of strain on our resources, and we have decided to re-invest in the business to allow us to cope effectively with the volume of work we are now facing, as well as to expand the range of services we offer.To do this we have decided to raise our post processing prices (other services are unaffected). I know that nobody wants price increases at this time, but we’d rather continue to deliver an excellent service promptly, than hold our prices and risk our quality or delivery times. Nonetheless we still offer excellent value, and I am confident that you will find excellent benefit in using our service.
I you received a price list at SWPP, we will honour those prices until the end of march as stated on the price list.
